The application DWI allows the user to avoid subscribing scheduler (work order planning).

When work order gets created from HMI, the order gets automatically scheduled or if production scheduler application is subscribed the order will appear as scheduled or in unscheduled list of work orders.

The tool request will be approved automatically and tool Kanban movement gets done automatically if the work order is created and scheduled from HMI

But if we use production scheduler to schedule HMI created work order then we need to manually approve the tool request and do the Kanban delivery of tool.

Step 1: Go to Manufacturing

Step 2: Click on Digital Work Instruction

Step 3 : Click on HMI

Step 4 : Click on Connect Now

Step 5: Connect the machine

Click on Connect Now button and enter the machine code and select plant .User can also scan the machine QR code.

Step 6 : Click on the Settings icon to display the pop-up to open

Step 7 : Click on Create Workorder

Step 8 : Fill the details to create / schedule order

Schedule - Automatic schedule is enabled

Save - Schedule if not enabled and saved the order will be unscheduled, in production scheduler application order will be in unscheduled order list.

SOP of product must be configured before creation of the work order.

Based on the product selected, the SOPs will be listed and user can select the SOP needed for order. The quantity to be produced should also be entered.

The automatically scheduled work order appears as green (scheduled) in production scheduler application.
