COAs are “documents issued by Quality Assurance that confirms a regulated product meets its product specification.
A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is an important document provided with a range of manufactured products like food, chemicals, research products, and pharmaceutical products. It reports on the quality assessment of the production lot, ensuring that the released product meets the desired quality standards.
COA is generally provided by the vendor as a reference for executing the quality check after material arrival. User has the ability to search the CoA from the list of certificates. Usually Vendor sends COA for new batch to the customer before the delivery.
iApps COA function allows the operator to record COA as digital certificate helps to search when it is required in future.
To upload COA for a material, enter ‘Vendor’, ‘Material ID’ and ‘Vendor Batch’. Click on “SEARCH” to get QC details for Material.
Description of fields Vendor - Selection from vendor master, Material ID - Selection from material master Vendor Batch - Unique vendor batch number.
Based on decision COA status (PENDING /APPROVED / REJECTED )will be displayed on COA list
