Maintain TPM SOP

Step 1: Go to Masters

Step 2: Click on TPM SOP

Step 3: Click on Add TPM SOP to configure SOP

Step 3.1: Add New TPM SOP

Step 3.2: Add Procedure

Step 3.3: Add Steps for Procedure

  • Add Step as Check List

Refer Check List Master to know how to maintain check list in iApps

  • Add Step as Standard Step

Step 3.4: Submit SOP for Approval

After adding All steps go to Add TPM SOP and click on Submit for Approval

User should be able to to add multiple procedures under same SOP.

After submit request for APPROVAL, SOP version will be high lighted as below

Step 3.4: Approve or Reject submitted SOP

Step 3.5: Request for activating SOP

After activation request version status will changed as below

Step 3.6: Activate SOP for Production use

After activate, SOP version will be changed to Green Color. This SOP version can be used for production now.
