Maintenance time interval

PreviousMaintenanceNextSchedule maintenance without SOP

Last updated 2 years ago

Defines the interval within which maintenance activity need to be triggered. We have different options(Daily, Weekly, Yearly, Run Time Based etc.)

Run Time Based Time Interval

TPM activity is triggered after the machine active hours exceeds the run time based time interval.

Machine Master defines a field Machine Active Hours which captures the active duration for which machine had been running in an active state. As soon as active hours exceeds the run time based frequency TPM task will be generated.

Step 1: Maintain Machine Master

Step 2: Schedule a maintenance

As soon as the machine active hours updated and exceeds the run time interval TPM task will be autogenerated.

Step 3: Update machine current run time

Active hours can be updated using TPM mobile application .

  • Now log on to TPM mobile app with user credentials . Once you login all the machines in the plant are listed ,in case if the machine is missing you could go to SYNC MACHINE LIST.

  • Select the machine for which the active hours need to be updated .

  • Its mandatory that device network should be in an ON state when the user is logging in for the first time. Further user will be able to use the app in OFFLINE mode and synchronize the recording to the server once the network is available.

  • Machine list and Machine readings will be synced automatically whenever device is connected to internet. If any readings are pending to be synced then Machine synchronization status will be shown as notification.

  • Scan machine QR Code option available to scan the machine directly.

Step 4: Run the activity

As soon as active hours exceeds the run time based frequency a TPM task against the machine will be generated. User can now go into the TPM module and complete the activity.
