Production Scheduler

Work orders needed to be scheduled can be integrated to this app from the existing ERP / Excel or manual upload and will be displayed as cards. User can drag the work order cards into the desired date and schedule.

In order to schedule a work order follow below steps.

Step 1: Go to Production Preparation

Step 2: Click on Scheduler

Work Order can be created from any one of the below process

• 2.1 Work Order Creation in HMI

• 2.2 Work Order excel template upload

• 2.3 Work Order - ERP Sync

Step 3: Select the work order from the list

Here the planner schedules a work order 19064 in the machine 80T-2 and uses the tool AC25-P5.

Step 4: Take the order via Drag & Drop to the day

Step 4: Click on the order no inside the card to display the work order status in a popup

Step 5: Click on the orange arrow to release the order

Step 6 : Mark the order on the left side and click on “Schedule” (on the right side):
